Our History
After a call to Wisconsin out of Deuteronomy 26:9, Pastor Will Kennedy surrendered to start a church. Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church was started out of First Bible Baptist Church of Green Bay Wisconsin which was under the direction of Pastor Harley Keck. The first Sunday service was held July 7, 2002 at 401 Prospect Avenue, North Fond du Lac with Pastor Will Kennedy. After a few moves, God gave the church property at 460 Cedar St on February 4, 2015. During the summer 2021, God crossed the paths of Pastor Will Kennedy and Jack Barber. After both men received confirmation through prayer and God giving them a Bible verse, Pastor Barber and his wife moved to Fond du Lac, accepting the position as assistant pastor. After many faithful years of service to God and a long-fought battle of cancer, Pastor Will Kennedy entered the presence of the Lord on November 2, 2021. On Easter of 2022, Pastor Barber accepted the role as Pastor of LBBC.
